This Privacy Policy explains how SportsBD ("we", "us", "our"), including our live-streaming product Stream BD, collects, uses and protects information when you use our website, mobile applications and related services (together, the "Service").

1. Account Information

When you create a SportsBD account we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, profile photo and the sports/teams you follow or manage. This information is used to operate your account, run your matches and tournaments, and show your stats to other users you interact with.

2. Signing In with Google or Facebook

If you choose to sign in using Google or Facebook, we receive basic profile details from that provider (such as your name, email address and profile picture) to create or match your SportsBD account. We do not receive your password. You can disconnect a linked Google or Facebook account at any time from your account settings, or by requesting deletion — see the Data Deletion page.

3. Stream BD & Live Streaming

Stream BD lets you broadcast live match coverage. When you use live streaming we process match data (scores, commentary, highlights) and, where you enable it, video/audio from your device's camera and microphone to publish your stream. Viewers of a public stream can see the match data and video you choose to publish.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, merchandise from our store, or any paid feature, payment is processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card number on our servers — we receive only a transaction reference and status from the payment provider.

5. How We Store Your Data

Account and match data is stored on secured servers. We keep data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

6. Third-Party Services

We work with third-party providers for things like hosting, analytics, payments and OAuth sign-in (Google, Facebook). These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function for us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

7. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your SportsBD and Stream BD account and associated data at any time. Full instructions are on our Data Deletion page.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
