These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SportsBD and Stream BD (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SportsBD lets grassroots sports communities score matches live, organise tournaments, track stats and build a scoreboard for their teams. Stream BD is our live-streaming feature for broadcasting match coverage.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to post content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory or infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Do not use the Service to impersonate any person or organisation.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features (subscriptions, store purchases) require payment. Prices are shown before you complete a purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway; refunds, where applicable, follow the policy shown at the time of purchase.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may let you sign in or connect with third-party providers such as Google or Facebook. Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the match data, video and other content you submit through the Service. By posting content, you grant SportsBD a licence to host, display and distribute it as part of operating the Service (for example, showing your match scorecard to other users or the public, where you choose to make it public).

7. Intellectual Property

The SportsBD and Stream BD names, logos, and the Service's software and design are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time — see our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SportsBD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
